The exquisite cuisine of Chef Jesús Nieves has contributes with great color and freshness to their dishes, which are famous by their mixture of international flavors. Nieves has been known to arrange the tradition of the food from other countries like Mexico, Colombia, Italy, France or Japan with distinguishing elements of the Puerto Rican cuisine.
The signature plate is the 'Róbalo a la Pangea' (Pangea's Sea Bass), served with the special risotto of the house and mushrooms sauce. Definitely cannot miss the signature beverage of the 'Latitudes Cocktail', made with Cointreau (which is sweet orange liquor), Passoá and natural fruit juices.
Latitudes is also a place that cares about artistic expression, reason why every three or four months they organize a special nocturnal event where local young artists exhibit their latest art works and visitors can enjoy select wine tastes or cocktails with special menus exclusively made for the occasion.
During the day the clients are mostly business people, at night the ambiance changes and normally you will find medium class costumers. The age range is from 30 and up. On weekends American tourists are the usual costumers, mainly because of the comfort of its location near Plaza las Américas.
